摘要
目前我国正处于经济新常态大背景下,新常态、再出发的总要求也让企业不得不快速步入转型升级期,追求建立企业全员培训与人才培养良好机制,实现人才培养队伍建设全面优化。论文主要围绕企业新时期转型升级这一主题,探讨了企业全员培训与人才培养队伍建设需要解决的三大问题,再思考树立三大用人导向,完善三大工作机制,希望以此助力企业快速发展进步,更好地适应经济新常态。
At present,China is in the context of the new normal economy.The general requirements of the new normal and re-start also force enterprises to quickly step into the transformation and upgrading period,and pursue the establishment of a good mechanism for full-staff training and talent training,so as to realize the comprehensive optimization of the construction of talent training team.Focusing on the theme of enterprise transformation and upgrading in the new period,this paper discusses the three major problems that need to be solved in the enterprise's full-staff training and talent training team construction,and then reflects on setting up the three major employment orientations and improving the three major working mechanisms,hoping to help enterprises develop rapidly and make progress and better adapt to the new normal economy.
