摘要
目的探究与分析桂芍四妙汤联合苦参凝胶治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌(霉菌性阴道炎)对阴道清洁度及pH值的影响。方法选取我院自2018年1月至2020年1月收治的120例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例,对照组给予常规西药方案治疗,观察组给予桂芍四妙汤联合苦参凝胶治疗,对比两组临床疗效、主要症状消失时间、阴道清洁度、pH值、外阴阴道疼痛评分、阴道的乳酸杆菌阳性检出率、不良反应及随访6个月复发率。结果观察组与对照组相比临床总有效率较高,外阴瘙痒消失、白带恢复正常及阴道黏膜充血消失时间较短,阴道的乳酸杆菌阳性检出率较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比阴道清洁度(Ⅲ~Ⅳ度)患者比例较低,pH值升高,外阴阴道疼痛评分降低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组与对照组相比随访6个月复发率较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂芍四妙汤联合苦参凝胶治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌的临床疗效突出,可有效的缓解患者相关临床症状,改善阴道清洁度及pH值,无明显不良反应,不易复发,安全性较高。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Guishao Simiao Decoction(桂芍四妙汤) combined with Matrine Gel on vaginal cleanliness and pH value in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods 120 patients with mould sex vaginitis were treated in our hospital selected from January 2018 to January 2020,all the patients were taken a random number table method divided into the control group and observation group,there were 60 cases in each group,the control group was given the conventional Western medicine treatment,the observation group was given Guishao Simiao Decoction combined with Matrine Gel treatment,the clinical curative effect,the main symptoms disappear time,vaginal cleanness,pH value,vulva vagina pain score,positive predictive value of vaginal lactobacilli,adverse reaction and recurrence rate followed up for 6 months were compared in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher,vulva pruritus disappeared,leucorrhea returned to normal,and vaginal mucosa congestion disappeared for a shorter time,the positive rate of lactobacilli in the vagina was higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Observation group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment of vaginal cleanness percentage(Ⅲ-Ⅳ degrees)patients was low,the pH value increases,reduce vulva vagina pain score,differences between groups with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of 6-month follow-up was lower in the observation group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).
