民族地区新建本科院校组织趋同及其生成机制研究--基于17所院校的数据分析

摘要 以17所民族地区新建本科院校为样本统计分析发现:民族地区新建本科院校在组织目标或发展目标、组织结构(学生规模、占地面积、专业规模)、组织行动(学科布局、专业设置)等方面出现了群体性的组织趋同现象。基于组织分析的新制度主义视域阐释了民族地区新建本科院校组织趋同生成机制:政府政策导致了强制性趋同;基于频率、特征、结果三个方式的组织之间模仿导致了模仿性趋同;多元互动利益攸关者的专业化判定导致社会规范趋同。这些探索可为有效地推进民族地区新建本科院校的应用型转型、多元化发展、特色发展提供理论支撑与实践参考。 A statistical analysis was conducted on a sample of 17 newly established universities in ethnic minority regions,indicating a group pattern of organizational convergence in terms of their organizational or development goals,organizational structure(scale of enrolled students,land area and number of specialty programs),organizational actions(disciplinary layout and setup of specialties).From the perspectives of new institutionalism in organizational analysis,the generative mechanisms underpinning the organizational convergence among newly established universities in ethnic minority regions are expounded.These mechanisms include:a mandatory convergence caused by governmental policies;an imitative convergence due to inter-organizational imitations carried out in three approaches-frequency,traits and outcomes;and a convergence of social norms due to the specialized decisions made by a stakeholder featuring diversified interactions.The explorations of this paper provide theoretical support and a practical reference for effectively advancing the transition of newly established universities in ethnic minority regions towards application-oriented universities,and more diversified and specialized development.
