摘要
食品安全检测涉及食品卫生、食品质量、食品营养和食品的生产加工方式等,只有制定完善的检测流程,才能保证流入市场中食品的质量,让人们在食用的过程中更加放心、更加安心。本文分析了食品检测中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。
Food safety testing involves food hygiene, food quality, food nutrition, food production and processing methods, etc. Only by establishing a complete testing process can the quality of the food entering the market be guaranteed, and people can feel more at ease during the eating process. This article analyzes the problems in food testing, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures against these problems.
