摘要
近年来,食品安全事故的多次出现,使人们更加担忧食品安全的问题,也影响了我国的国际形象。食品安全主要是由一些不法分子造成的,为了追求产品最大利润,不顾人们的身体健康。我国食品检测技术存在的一些问题,无法严格进行监督与控制,造成了市场上的食品安全问题不断出现。文章主要就食品安全检测问题进行分析,全面提出检测的措施与方法,以此提高我国食品安全检测环节。
In recent years, the repeated occurrence of food safety accidents not only makes people more worried about food safety, but also affects the international image of our country. Food safety is mainly caused by some illegal elements, in order to pursue the maximum profit of products, regardless of people’s health. There are some problems in China’s food testing technology, which can not be strictly supervised and controlled, resulting in the continuous emergence of food safety problems in the market. This paper mainly analyzes the problems of food safety testing, and puts forward the testing measures and methods, so as to improve the links of food safety testing in our country.
