摘要 试验旨在探究植物乳杆菌对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及经济效益的影响。试验选取24周龄体重和产蛋率相似的蛋鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,LP-1组、LP-2组和LP-3组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,同时饮用水中分别添加1%、2%和4%的植物乳杆菌。预试期7 d,正式试验期35 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,添加植物乳杆菌可以显著提高蛋鸡产蛋率、平均蛋重和平均日产蛋量(P<0.05),显著降低料蛋比和破蛋率(P<0.05);添加植物乳杆菌对蛋品质无显著影响(P>0.05),但是可以提高经济效益。研究表明,在蛋鸡饮水中添加植物乳杆菌可以提高产蛋率、平均蛋重和平均日产蛋量,降低料蛋比和破损蛋率,对蛋品质无不良影响,可以提高蛋鸡养殖经济效益;添加4%植物乳杆菌效果最佳。 The experiment was conducted to explore the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum on production performance,egg quality and economic benefits of laying hens. A total of 240 24-week-old laying hens with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates in each group and ten hens in each replicate. The laying hens in control group were fed with basal diet. The laying hens in LP-1 group, LP-2 group and LP-3 group were fed with basal diet respectively supplemented with 1%, 2% and 4% Lactobacillus plantarum in water. The pre-trial period was 7 d, and the formal trial period was 35 d. The experiment showed that compared with the control group, Lactobacillus plantarum could significantly increase the laying rate, average egg weight and average daily egg production(P<0.05),significantly reduce the feed to egg ratio and broken egg rate(P<0.05). Adding Lactobacillus plantarum had no significant difference in egg quality(P>0.05), but adding Lactobacillus plantarum could improve economic benefit. The study indicates that adding Lactobacillus plantarum in the drinking water of laying hens can improve the laying rate, average egg weight and average daily egg production, reduce the feed to egg ratio and broken egg rate, has no adverse effect on egg quality of laying hens, improve the economic benefits of laying hens breeding. Adding 4% Lactobacillus plantarum has the best effect.
