摘要
植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)是一种乳酸菌,广泛存在于自然界中,特别是在各种类型的发酵食品中。植物乳杆菌定植在人和动物肠道中,具有抑制病原菌、改善肠道环境、调节肠道菌群、提高机体免疫力等诸多优良益生功能,它广泛用于食品、医药和饲料添加剂中。文章主要介绍了植物乳杆菌的生物学特性、生理功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用,展望了今后的研究方向和发展前景。
Lactobacillus plantarum is a lactic acid bacterium that was widely found in nature,especially in various types of fermented foods.Studies have shown that Lactobacillus plantarum is colonized in the guts of humans and animals.It has many excellent probiotics functions such as inhibiting pathogenic bacteria,improving intestinal environment,regulating intestinal flora,and improving immunity.It is widely used in food,medicine and feed additives.This paper mainly introduced the biological characteristics,physiological functions of Lactobacillus plantarum,and its application in livestock and poultry production,and looked forward to future research directions and development prospects.
