针刺调节PI3K/Akt信号通路干预中枢神经系统疾病的机理研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 本文通过文献研究,认为针刺治疗中枢神经系统疾病临床疗效确切,其可干预PI3K/Akt信号转导通路,减少神经细胞凋亡,促进血管再生,促进神经元修复,以发挥改善学习记忆能力及功能恢复等作用。研究表明针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中、脊髓损伤、癫痫等疾病,可通过干预PI3K/Akt信号通路,明显促进或抑制相关因子的表达,进而减少神经细胞的凋亡,发挥神经保护作用,以改善认知及运动功能。针刺治疗帕金森病,可通过激活PI3K/Akt信号通路,抑制促凋亡蛋白表达,发挥其抗凋亡的神经保护作用;同时针药结合可启动此通路,对多巴胺神经元有保护作用。针刺还可激活PI3K/Akt信号通路,进而抑制β淀粉样蛋白沉积或者防止β淀粉样蛋白诱导细胞凋亡;并可提升小胶质细胞活化通路关键蛋白如PI3K、Akt的表达,抑制脑内慢性炎性反应,进而保护神经细胞,改善阿尔茨海默症患者的认知功能。 Through literature research,this paper holds that acupuncture has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of central nervous system diseases.It can interfere with PI3K/Akt signal transduction pathway,reduce nerve cell apoptosis,promote angiogenesis,promote neuron repair,and play a role in improving learning and memory ability and functional recovery.Studies have shown that acupuncture therapy for ischemic stroke,spinal cord injury,epilepsy and other diseases can significantly promote or inhibit the expression of related factors by interfering with PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,thereby reducing the apoptosis of nerve cells and playing a neuroprotective role,so as to improve cognitive and motor functions.Acupuncture therapy for parkinson’s disease can activate the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,inhibiting the expression of pro-apoptotic proteins,and exerting its neuroprotective effect of anti-apoptosis.At the same time,the combination of acupuncture and drugs can activate this pathway,which has a protective effect on dopamine neurons.Acupuncture also activates the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,thereby inhibiting the deposition of amyloid Aβor preventing amyloid Aβfrom inducing apoptosis.Moreover,the expression of key proteins such as PI3K and Akt in the activation pathway of microglia cells can be enhanced to inhibit the chronic inflammatory response in the brain,thereby protecting nerve cells and improving the cognitive function of alzheime’s disease.
