摘要
介绍近10年来针灸治疗癫痫的现状及临床研究进展。从针灸治疗癫痫的现状、针灸疗效的评价、存在的问题等方面对近10年来针灸治疗癫痫的文献报道做以综述。针灸治疗癫痫具有疗效明显,操作简单、治疗间隔时间长、经济价廉及治疗效应持续时间长等优点。但在临床研究设计科学化、提高针灸疗效的可靠性和保证随访率等方面尚存在一些亟待解决的问题。
To introduce the current clinical research progress of epilepsy treated by acupuncture and moxibustion during this decade,and to summarize its literature report from aspects of current situation of its treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion,evaluation of its effect,existent problems,etc.Treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion is preferable for its remarked curative effect,simple manipulation,long terapeutic intervals,economy,and long-term persisting curative effect,while there are still some problems waiting to be solved in the fields of clinical research design,methods of raising the reliability of curative effect of acupuncure as well as the follow-up rate.
