摘要 以大型薄膜LNG运输船为例,火灾检测与报警系统采用将烟热复合探测器、火焰探测器、热探测器,以及手动报警按钮等有线串联,两边同时寻址,能够保证单点故障不影响使用,发生多点故障时,会造成局部区域无法使用。为解决这一问题,设计一种由火焰探测器和热探测器组合的复合探测器无线传输式火灾检测与报警系统,其信息传输与处理采用现场总线技术,该系统能够同时检测出火灾的温度信号和火焰信号,规避烟气信号引起的误报警,确保报警的准确性,减少布线,实现多点故障影响范围小,可及时更换备件,恢复火灾检测功能。 In the large membrane type of LNG carrier,the fire detection and alarm system uses smoke and heat composite detector,flame detector,heat detection and manual alarm button in wired series,addressing both sides at the same time,which can ensure that single point of fault does not affect the use,and when multiple points of fault occur,local areas will be unable to use.In order to solve this problem,a fire detection and alarm system was designed by the composite detector with wireless transmission,which is composed of flame detector and heat detector.The field bus technology was used for information transmission and processing.The system can detect fire flame and the temperature of the signals at the same time,avoid smoke signals caused by false alarms,ensure the accuracy of alarm,reduce the wiring,multicast fault scope is small,timely replacement of spare parts and restore fire detection function.
