摘要
随着全国养鸡行业受市场行情和疫病等因素影响,鸡产业发展也极其不稳定。为解决养鸡产业发展的瓶颈问题,本人认为通过培训,提高规模养鸡场人员专业知识尤为重要。本文通过调查分析,基本掌握了肃州区规模养殖场人员现状,针对养鸡场人员存在的问题进行分析、探讨,为肃州区养鸡产业生物安全体系建设提供参考。
With the chicken industry in China affected by market conditions and diseases and other factors,the development of chicken industry is extremely unstable.In order to solve the bottleneck of poultry industry,the author thinks that it is very important to improve the professional knowledge of the large-scale poultry farm personnel through training.Based on the investigation and analysis,this paper basically grasped the current situation of personnel in large-scale farms in Suzhou district,analyzed and discussed the existing problems of personnel in chicken farms,and provided reference for the construction of biological safety system of chicken industry in Suzhou district.
