摘要
目的研究与分析经伤椎短节段椎弓根固定手术治疗脊柱骨折对减少并发症的意义。方法方便选取2018年12月—2019年12月在日照心脏病医院进行治疗的患有脊柱骨折疾病的患者88例作为研究对象,对患者的治疗方法以及治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果经过手术治疗后,患者均治疗成功。患者治疗后伤椎椎体前缘高度为(91.42±2.22)%、Cobb角为(8.20±0.76)°、并发症发生率为5.7%,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(t=23.549,33.201,5.724,P<0.05)。结论经伤椎短节段椎弓根固定手术治疗脊柱骨折具有显著的效果,具有较低的并发症发生率。
Objective To study and analyze the significance of short-segment pedicle fixation of the injured vertebrae in the treatment of spinal fractures in reducing complications.Methods Selected 88 patients with spinal fracture disease who were treated at Rizhao Heart Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 as the research objects,to retrospectively analyze the treatment methods and treatment effects of the patients Results After surgery,all patients were successfully treated.After treatment,the height of the anterior edge of the injured vertebral body was(91.42±2.22)%,the Cobb angle was(8.20±0.76)°,and the complication rate was 5.7%.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.549,33.201,5.724,P<0.05).Conclusion The short-segment pedicle fixation of the injured vertebrae has a significant effect in the treatment of spinal fractures,and has a low complication rate.
