摘要
目的:探究短节段椎弓根钉固定手术治疗急性胸腰椎损伤对椎体前缘压缩高度及Cobb's角的影响。方法:2017年8月-2019年7月收治急性胸腰椎损伤患者86例,根据手术术式不同分为两组,各43例。对照组采用跨伤椎椎弓根钉固定手术治疗;观察组采用经伤椎短节段椎弓根钉固定手术治疗。比较两组患者伤椎结构及功能。结果:观察组术后12个月的前缘压缩高度高于对照组,后凸Cobb's角小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后12个月的ODI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经伤椎短节段椎弓根钉固定手术治疗急性胸腰椎损伤,可进一步恢复伤椎前缘高度,缩小后凸Cobb's角,继而有助于改善伤椎功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of short segment pedicle screw fixation on anterior compression height and Cobb's angle of vertebral body in acute thoracolumbar injury.Methods:From August 2017 to July 2019,86 cases of patients with acute thoracolumbar injury were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the operation methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trans vertebral pedicle screw fixation.The observation group was treated with short segment pedicle screw fixation through the injured vertebra.The structure and function of injured vertebrae were compared between the two groups.Results:After 12 months of operation,the compression height of the leading edge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,convex Cobb's angle was less than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of operation,the ODI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Short segment pedicle screw fixation can further restore the anterior height of injured vertebra,reduce the convex Cobb's angle,and then help to improve the function of injured vertebrae.
