摘要
针对铁路货运数据的治理提出了基于区块链技术的铁路货运数据治理策略,首先将数据治理分解为元数据管理环节、数据标准管理环节、数据质量管理环节、数据安全管理环节四个部分,在数据治理的各个环节应用区块链技术的共识机制、加密算法、智能合约、可追溯性等核心技术,与铁路货运业务相结合,通过调取95306网站、铁路业务信息系统以及其他铁路信息系统中的铁路货运数据,对获取的铁路货运数据进行分类、整合、标准化处理,从而实现对海量铁路货运数据的自动化管理。在提升铁路货运数据价值的同时,保证了铁路货运数据的安全可靠、不可篡改,同时节省人力物力和时间成本,并为后续更深一步挖掘铁路货运数据的价值提供了条件,具有很高的实践价值。
This paper proposes a railway freight data governance strategy based on blockchain technology for the governance of railway freight data.First,data governance is decomposed into four parts:metadata management,data standard management,data quality management,and data security management.Apply blockchain technology consensus mechanism,encryption algorithm,smart contract,traceability and other core technologies in all aspects of data governance,and integrate with railway freight business,by calling 95306 website,railway business information system and other railway information systems The railway freight data in China,classifies,integrates,and standardizes the acquired railway freight data,so as to realize the automatic management of massive railway freight data.While enhancing the value of railway freight data,it ensures the safety,reliability and indispensability of railway freight data.Tampering,while saving manpower,material resources and time costs.
