摘要
在数字经济时代背景下,数据的价值日渐凸显,为企业带来了发展机遇的同时,也带来了数据安全的挑战。本研究通过深入分析A集团的数据安全面临的问题,探索了一种高效的数据安全管控体系,提出了基于“IPDRR”安全管理架构的“293”框架,旨在全面覆盖数据生命周期的安全管理,实现对数据全周期的精细化、动态化管理,以提升数据管理效能,促进数据经济与数据安全建设的深度整合。
In the context of the digital economy era,the value of data is becoming increasingly prominent,bringing development opportunities for enterprises but also challenges to data security.This study explores an efficient data security control system and proposes a“293”framework based on the“IPDRR”security management architecture by conducting in-depth analysis of the data security issues faced by Group A.The aim is to comprehensively cover the security management of the data lifecycle,achieve refined and dynamic management of the entire data lifecycle,improve data management efficiency,and promote the deep integration of data economy anddata security construction.
