摘要
目的探讨护士分层级管理对提升护理管理质量的作用。方法研究时间范围为2020年1—12月,纳入医院共50例护士作为此次研究的人群,并开展护士分层级管理模式,对护士各项护理工作进行质量评分,以调查问卷形式统计患者护理满意度,比较干预前后两组的护理工作质量分值、护理满意度。结果干预后护士各项护理工作质量分值(基础护理、病房管理、健康教育、护理文书书写)均高于干预前(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义。干预后患者护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论对护士开展分层级管理模式,可有效提高护士的护理工作质量,提高患者护理满意度,具有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the role of nurses in different levels of management to improve the quality of nursing management.Methods The research timeline was from January to December 2020,a total of 50 nurses were included in our hospital,and they were used as the population of this study,and a nurses'hierarchical management model was carried out.The quality of nurses'various nursing operations was scored in the form of a questionnaire.The patient satisfaction was counted,and the nursing work quality score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results The quality scores of nurses'various nursing work after the intervention(basic nursing,ward management,health education,document writing)were higher than before the intervention(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The patient's satisfaction with nursing after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Carrying out a hierarchical management model on nurses can effectively improve the quality of nurses'nursing work and improve nursing satisfaction,which has high clinical application value and is worth recommending.
