摘要
目的探究护士分层管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果及临床价值。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月湖南省职业病防治院妇产科24名护理人员为研究对象,按照不同管理方式分为对照组和观察组,每组12名。对照组采取常规管理方式,观察组采取分层管理方式。对比两组护理人员的护理能力、护理质量以及护理人员对管理模式的满意度。结果观察组护理人员的护理能力、护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员对管理模式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层管理在妇产科护理管理中的运用效果显著,能够有效促进护理人员护理能力的提升,提高护理工作质量,同时也能提高护理人员对护理管理工作的满意度。
Objective Explore the application effect and clinical value of nurse hierarchical management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management.Methods 24 nursing staff from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Hunan Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different management methods,with 12 members in each group.The control group was managed in a routine manner,while the observation group was managed in a hierarchical manner.Compared the nursing abilities,quality,and satisfaction of nursing staff with management models between two groups of nursing staff.Results The nursing ability and quality scores of the observation group nursing staff were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group with the management model was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse hierarchical management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management has a significant effect,which can effectively promote the improvement of nursing staff's nursing ability,improve the quality of nursing work,and also improve the satisfaction of nursing staff with nursing management work.
