摘要
目的:分析护士分层级管理在妇科护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月贵阳市乌当区人民医院妇科在岗护士24名为研究对象,根据护士分层级管理的实施时间分组,2023年1—6月期间实行常规护理管理(实施前),管理床位100张,2023年7—12月实行护士分层级管理(实施后),管理床位100张。对比护士分层级管理实施前后护理质量管理评分、患者满意度评分。结果:实施后,健康教育、整体护理、护理操作、基础护理、病室管理评分均高于实施前,患者对于护士心理支持、服务态度、关爱患者、技术水平评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:护士分层级管理可进一步提高妇科护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of nurses'hierarchical management in gynecological nursing management.Methods:Twenty-four gynecological nurses in Guiyang Wudang District People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and grouped according to the implementation time of hierarchical management of nurses.From January to June 2023,routine nursing management was implemented(before implementation),and one hundred beds were managed.From July to December 2023,hierarchical management of nurses were implemented(after implementation),and one hundred beds were managed.The nursing quality management score and patient satisfaction score were compared before and after the implementation of nurses'hierarchical management.Results:After implementation,the scores of health education,holistic nursing,nursing operation,basic nursing and ward management were all higher than before implementation,and the scores of patients on nurses'psychological support,service attitude,caring for patients and technical level were all higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical management of nurses can further improve the quality of gynecological nursing and patient satisfaction.
