摘要
目的明确"金课"在八年制口腔医学专业牙体牙髓病学教学中的应用效果。方法参照"金课"的特点要求("两性一度",即有挑战性、有难度、有创新性),通过教学内容改革和引进新型教学方式等手段初步构建牙体牙髓病学教学"金课"。选取第四军医大学2010—2015级八年制口腔医学专业学员为研究对象,其中2010—2014级学员为对照组,2015级学员为实验组。实验组应用"金课"教学,而对照组均已完成传统教学。教学效果评价包括问卷调查和课程考试研究。结果问卷调查反馈结果提示"金课"的应用有效突出了教学重点并减少了教学内容的过度重复施教。关于平均考试成绩,实验组要显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且前者的跨学科病例综合分析能力要强于后者。结论本研究中,针对八年制口腔医学专业,"金课"的应用提升了牙体牙髓病学教学的效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the“gold-course”in the teaching of Endodontics for oral medicine of eight-year program.Methods Basing on the requirements of the“gold-course”,including challenging,difficulty,and innovative,the“gold-course”for the teaching of endodontics was established though renewing the teaching content and introducing novel teaching methods.Students(2010 to 2015)who enrolled in the fourth military medical university in 2010 to 2015 and majored in oral medicine of eight-year program were taken as the test objects,among which the 2010 to 2014 were the control groups,and the S2015 was the experimental group.The experimental group received the“gold-course”,and the control groups had accomplished the traditional course.The evaluation of teaching effect was performed by taking a questionnaire survey and a test.Results The results of the questionnaire survey indicated that the application of the“gold-course”made the teaching emphasis highlighted effectively and reduced the excessive repeating teaching contents.In addition,the average test grade of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control groups(P<0.05),and the comprehensive analytical capability of the former group was better than that of the latter groups in dealing with the interdisciplinary cases.Conclusions In the present study,the application of the“gold-course”improved the teaching effect of the teaching of Endodontics for oral medicine of eight-year program.
