摘要
TR组件是相控阵雷达中的重要部分,TR组件的主要功能是完成无线系统中的接收与发射任务。近年来,随着电子技术的不断发展,TR组件的新设计不断出现,随之而来的测试工作也不断增加。针对四种TR组件的自动检测要求设计了一套自动测试系统,该测试系统的结构主要由直角坐标机器人以及自动对插工作台组成,其中直角坐标机器人完成目标对象的识别和抓取任务,自动对插装置完成TR组件的自动对插和测试任务,通过试验样机搭建验证了该设计结构能够完成自动测试任务。
TR component is an important part of phased array radar.The main function of the TR component is to complete the receiving and transmitting tasks in the wireless system.In recent years,with the continuous development of electronic technology,new designs of TR components are emerging,and the test work is also increasing.According to the automatic test requirement of four TR components,an automatic test system is designed.The structure of the test system is mainly composed of cartesian robot and automatic inserting device.The cartesian robot completes the task of target recognition and grasping and the automatic inserting device completes the task of automatic inserting and testing of TR components.The structure design is verified by the construction of experimental prototype and it is Enough to complete the automatic test task.
