摘要
U型无铁心永磁同步直线电机具有优良的动态性能和稳态性能,二维圆弧插补作为一种常见的机床插补算法,已不能满足人们对于加工复杂度的要求。针对三维复杂运动,需要采用三维圆弧插补以期获得良好的性能。本文基于现有的直线电机三轴运动平台,设计了三维插补运动的算法。首先在Matlab上进行了算法仿真,在此基础上将算法进行改进,将算法应用到三轴电机的运动控制器中,在直线电机三轴运动平台上进行了实验验证,证明了算法的有效性。
The U-shaped coreless permanent magnet synchronous linear motor has excellent dynamic performance and steady-state performance.As a common tool interpolation algorithm,the 2-D arc interpolation can not meet the complexity requirements of processing.For the 3-D complex motion,the 3-D arc interpolation is needed to obtain good performance.Based on the existing linear motor three-axis motion platform,the algorithm of 3-D interpolation motion is designed.Firstly,the designed algorithm is simulated with Matlab and improved based on the simulation results.Then the algorithm is applied to the three-Axis motion controller of the motor and verified by experiment on the linear motor three-axis motion platform,which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.
