摘要
微地震监测和产气剖面测试显示页岩气压裂水平井裂缝特征复杂和产气贡献不均衡。现有页岩气压裂水平井产能评价方法以均匀裂缝为主,无法考虑非均匀裂缝对产能的影响。文中考虑吸附气解吸、扩散、渗透率应力敏感等影响,在双重介质页岩气藏综合渗流微分方程的基础上,运用源函数势叠加方法建立并求解了非均匀压裂水平井非稳态产能评价模型,定量评价了页岩气藏特殊机理对涪陵页岩气井产能的影响;建立了变产变压生产方式下非均匀产气剖面预测方法,分析了产气剖面变化特征,并建立了非均匀裂缝参数解释流程。基于产气剖面和压力史拟合解释了焦页A-1井非均匀裂缝参数,两者拟合符合率均大于90%,说明文中建立的非均匀压裂水平井产能评价方法准确可靠。
Micro-seismic monitoring and gas production profile tests show that shale gas fractured horizontal wells have complex fracture characteristics and uneven gas production contributions.The existing productivity evaluation methods of shale gas fractured horizontal wells are mainly based on uniform fractures,and the impact of non-uniform fractures on productivity evaluation cannot be considered.In this paper,considering the effects of adsorbed gas desorption,diffusion,permeability stress sensitivity,etc.,the source function potential superposition method is used to establish and solve the non-steady state productivity evaluation model of non-uniformly fractured horizontal wells to quantitatively evaluate the influence of the special flow mechanism of the shale gas reservoir on the productivity of the gas wells in the Fuling shale gas reservoir,based on the comprehensive flow differential equations of dual-porosity shale gas reservoirs.A non-uniform gas production profile prediction method is established under variable production and variable pressure production mode,the characteristics of the gas production profile is also analyzed,and finally a non-uniform fracture parameter interpretation workflow is established.Interpretation of the non-uniform fracture parameters of JY A-1 well is carried out based on gas production profile and pressure history matching,and the accuracy of history matching is above 90%.It shows that the productivity evaluation method of non-uniformly fractured horizontal well established in the article is accurate and reliable.
