摘要
高含硫气藏广泛分布于四川盆地,是一种开发过程中伴随硫析出和沉积的非常规气藏。为了定量研究硫沉积造成储层渗透率降低而导致气井产量减小的井场问题,亟需建立气井产量与含硫饱和度的数学关系。基于气体渗流与液体渗流的相似特性,结合Roberts的含硫饱和度与气相相对渗透率关系,将齐成伟圆辐公式的适用范围成功地推广到近圆形水平边水高含硫气藏。根据推广所得的公式,获得了渗透率各向异性因数对产量的影响小于含硫饱和度的重要结论,给出了辐射状分支水平井的环形裂缝群内接圆半径、生产段长度、生产段条数设计方案,对川渝地区高含硫气藏分支水平井的设计具有参考意义。
Widely distributed in the Sichuan Basin,highly sulfur ated gas-reservoir is a kind of unconventional gas-reservoir with sulfur crystallization and deposition during development.In order to solve the problem of the decrease of gas well productivity due to the decrease of reservoir permeability caused by sulfur deposition,the mathematical relationship between gas well productivity and sulfur saturation is needed.Based on the similar-flowing characteristics of gas and liquid in porous media,combined with Roberts’relationship between sulfur saturation and relative permeability of gas phase,the application scope of QI Chengwei’s Circular-Radial-Formula is extended to approximate-circular horizontal highly sulfurated gas-reservoirs with edge water.According to the generalized formula,it is concluded that the effect of anisotropy factor of permeability on productivity is less than that of sulfur saturation.In addition,a design scheme is proposed for radial multi-lateral horizontal wells,with inscribed circle radius of fracture group radially distributed on an annulus,length and number of gas-producing wellbore sections,which has a good reference for multi-lateral horizontal wells in Sichuan-Chongqing gas reservoirs with high proportion of sulfide.
