摘要
随着连续油管技术的快速发展及逐渐成熟,连续油管应用于页岩气井排水采气已经成为一种经济上和技术上可行的工艺方式。连续油管可有效降低气井临界携液流量,排除井筒积液,提高气井产能,能较好地适应页岩气井后期排采。实施中应结合节点分析并综合考虑气井长期生产进行排采工艺设计,对于低产气井,需采用注液氮助排等手段配合连续油管激活气井排采。
With the rapid development and sophistication of coiled tubing technology,the application of the coiled tubing water-drainage gas production in a shale gas well has become an economically and technically feasible process.Coiled tubing can effectively reduce the critical fluid carrying flow of a gas well,eliminate the fluid accumulation in the wellbore,improve the productivity of a gas well,and better adapt to the late drainage and production of shale gas wells.In its implementation,the drainage and production process design should be combined with nodal analysis and comprehensive consideration of long-term production of gas wells.For the low-producing gas wells,the liquid nitrogen injection and other means should be used to boost drainage and production with the help of coiled tubing.
