摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,各行各业都得到了快速的发展,通过结合多种先进的技术能有效地优化实体产业的整体效能,尤其对于矿产加工行业而言在运用多种工程技术的方式下能有效地推进产业发展。近年来,经过高压辊磨机辊面、轴承的创新、改进,使用寿命不断提高,已完全具备粉碎坚硬的金属矿石的能力,研制与使用技术已相当成熟,并逐步向大型化、自动化方向发展,高压辊磨机稳定性好,自动化程度高,单位破碎能耗低,将会在矿山企业特别是有色和贵金属矿山的硬质矿石破碎流程中得到更多的应用,这为我国的矿物加工行业带来新的动力。本文通过对高压辊磨机产生以及应用现状进行分析,在此基础上提出了高压辊磨机在矿物加工工程中的实际运用,希望能对方矿物加工工程提供一些借鉴意义和作用。
With the continuous development of China's social economy,all walks of life have been rapid development,through the combination of a variety of advanced technology can effectively optimize the overall efficiency of the real industry,especially for the mineral processing industry,in the use of a variety of engineering technology can effectively promote industrial development.In recent years,through the innovation and improvement of the roll surface and bearing of the high-pressure roller mill,the service life of the roller mill has been continuously improved,and it has been fully capable of crushing hard metal ores.The research and application technology has been quite mature,and it has gradually developed to the direction of large-scale and automation.The high-pressure roller mill has good stability,high degree of automation,and low energy consumption per unit crushing,It will be more applied in the hard ore crushing process of mining enterprises,especially in non-ferrous and precious metal mines,which will bring new power to China's mineral processing industry.Based on the analysis of the production and application status of high-pressure roller mill,this paper puts forward the practical application of high-pressure roller mill in mineral processing engineering,hoping to provide some reference and role for other mineral processing engineering.
