摘要
国内铜炉渣碎磨工艺已从传统碎磨流程发展为以半自磨为主的碎磨工艺,但目前国内对铜炉渣半自磨碎磨工艺在应用上存在着磨机规格偏大、功耗偏高、半自磨机与球磨机不匹配等问题;通过对铜炉渣矿石性质的分析,推测了这些问题的原因所在,认为国内铜炉渣半自磨碎磨工艺有巨大的优化潜力。
Domestic copper furnace slag comminution process has been developed from traditional comminution process to SAG- based comminution process, but there has some problems in domestic SAG comminution process, such as large mill specification, high power consumption, unmatched SAG mill and ball mill; the paper speculates the causes by analyzing ore characteristic of copper furnace slag, it concludes that domestic copper furnace slag SAG process has large optimization potential.
