摘要
根据某炼铜炉渣的矿物特性和选矿工艺特点,对回收铜、铁的工艺进行了探索。工业试验表明,采用阶段磨矿阶段选别工艺,所获得铜精矿品位为14.33%,回收率为48.80%,铁精矿品位为51.67%,回收率为57.55%,实现了炉渣的综合再利用。
According to the mineral properties of copper slag, attempts are made to explore the recovery of Cu and Fe by mineral beneficiation technology. The results show that in the stage grinding and stage beneficiation, a copper recovery of 48.8% and a copper concentrate grade of 14.26 % are achieved;an iron concentrate grade of 54.76% and iron recovery of 65.81% are also obtained. The compositive utilization of this copper slag is come true.
