摘要
产品的装配过程是产品制造过程的末端环节,也是影响产品开发时间和成本的关键环节。虚拟装配仿真利用了CAD、CAM和VR技术的优点,模拟出虚拟的装配环境,可视化地展示产品装配过程。有利于优化装配方案,提高装配效率。本研究使用CATIA软件,以DSG湿式双离合器为例,从产品的装配建模和产品的装配规划两个方面出发,探究基于CATIA软件的产品虚拟装配仿真应用的可行性,以期为CATIA软件在产品虚拟装配仿真应用提供指导。
Product assembly process is the end link of a product manufacturing process,and it is also the key link that influences product development time and cost.Virtual assembly simulation makes use of the advantages of CAD,CAM and VR technologies to simulate the virtual assembly environment and visually display the assembly process,which is conducive to optimizing the assembly scheme and improving the assembly efficiency.Using CATIA software,taking DSG wet dual clutch as an example,this paper explores the feasibility of the application of virtual assembly simulation based on CATIA software from two aspects,i.e.assembly modeling and assembly planning,with a view to providing guidance for application of Catia software to virtual product assembly simulation.
