摘要
概述天然染料研究背景、天然染料特征及国内外发展近况,详细介绍茜素、桑葚、南烛叶、香樟果4种天然染料在预处理、色素提取和染色应用方面的研究进展。从天然染料提取、木材预处理及染色助剂、染色方法3个方面,分析天然染料应用于木材染色上的技术,阐述天然染料应用于木材染色的现存问题、发展前景,并针对现存问题列出一系列解决方案,以期为天然染料应用于木材染色的市场前景提供一定的参考。
The background,characteristics and development of natural dyes were introduced.The research progress of alizarin,mulberry,nanzhu leaf and camphor fruit in pretreatment,pigment extraction and dyeing were introduced.The technology of dyeing wood with natural dyes was analyzed from three aspects:extraction of natural dyes,wood pretreatment,dyeing AIDS and dyeing methods.This paper expounds the existing problems and development prospects of natural dyes in wood dyeing,and lists a series of solving problems in view of the proposed problems.
