摘要
分析了四冲程曲柄连杆机构装置和三维实体建模与虚拟装配,并详细介绍了运动仿真与动画制作过程,以期对其他用Pro/E设计总成的运动仿真动画制作具有一定借鉴意义,在Pro/E环境下完成四冲程曲柄连杆机构装置的零部件三维实体建模、虚拟装配与运动仿真,可为产品开发提供可靠的前提条件。
This paper analyzes the four-stroke crank and connecting rod mechanism, 3D solid modeling and virtual assembly, and introduces the process of motion simulation and animation making in detail, in order to provide some reference for other motion simulation animations designed with Pro/E. The 3D solid modeling, virtual assembly and motion simulation of the four-stroke crank and connecting rod mechanism device in Pro/E environment can provide a reliable precondition for product development.
