摘要
锅炉长期在高温高压的恶劣工作环境下运行,若不能及时发现并处理运行中的故障,极易造成重大的安全事故。为更好地解决实际生产中锅炉数据,尤其是各类故障数据难以获取的问题,运用Aspen Plus软件对燃气蒸汽锅炉进行仿真,并通过对比试验证实结果符合锅炉运行基本规律、过程机理,反映锅炉系统的动态响应趋势,为锅炉的安全节能研究提供参考。
The boiler has been operating under the harsh working environment of high temperature and high pressure for a long time.If failures in operation cannot be detected and dealt with in time,it is very easy to cause major safety accidents.In order to better solve the problem of boiler data in actual production,especially the difficulty of obtaining various fault data,the Aspen Plus software was used to simulate the gas steam boiler,and the comparison test confirmed that the results conform to the basic laws of boiler operation and process mechanism,reflecting the boiler’s dynamic response trend of the system,which provides a reference for the safety and energy-saving research of boilers.
