摘要
为了获得更高品质的水位调节效果,提高电厂的生产经济效益,采用了一种新型的单输入单输出模型预测控制器Profit Loop对锅炉汽包水位进行控制,并设计了汽包水位控制系统的方案及其组态设计过程。经过现场验证:采用Profit Loop控制汽包水位系统能够取得很好的控制效果。
In order to realize the high-quality control of the boiler water level so as to benefit the power plant,the Profit Loop,as a new single input-output model predictive controller,was adopted to control steam drum鈥檚 water level;and both scheme of steam drum鈥檚 water level control system and its configuration process were designed.The application in practice shows that the Profit Loop can achieve better control effect.
