摘要
叙述了锅炉水位测量中虚假水位的产生机理,分析了气泡堆积生成后对汽包内静压的影响。阐述了蒸汽负荷突然增大产生的气泡堆积不是造成测量仪表检测值随之升高的原因,同时指出了当蒸汽负荷突然增大时水位测量出现上升现象并非虚假,而是真实地反应了汽包水位与水汽系统的动特性。
The generation mechanism of false boiler water level is described, and the influence of bubble accumulation on the static pressure in the drum is analysed, and it is expatiated that the bubble accumulation generation with sudden steam load increase is not the reason causing the increasing of the measured value of instrument. It is also pointed out that the water level increase is not false with the sudden increasing of steam load and really reflects the dynamic characters between the drum water level and the water-vapor system.
