摘要
国家提出“一带一路”倡议,国际大健康产业蓬勃发展。高职院校应主动契合大健康产业对国际化人才的需求,探索提高人才培养质量的方法,如完善大健康专业布局、创新产教融合国际化人才培养模式、开发国际化教学资源、提升师资国际化能力、促进学生国际化交流等。
Since the implementation of“One Belt and One Road”Initiative,the international macro-health industry has developed vigrously.Higher vocational colleges should meet the needs of the health industry for talents and improve the quality of training international talents,such as improving the layout of macro-health majors,innovating the international talent training model of integrating production and education,developing international teaching resources,enhancing the internationalization capabilities of teachers,and promoting international exchanges among students.
