摘要
针对现阶段康复工程技术专业产教融合度低、实质性成效差的问题,提出建立“产教融合、多元协同育人”的人才培养模式,包括“双线四阶递进”的人才培养框架、“医工五维育人”的培养机制、完善的专业实践体系、多元资源有效整合的理论教学体系及专创赛三融合的创新创业体系。在人才培养过程中供给侧与需求侧双侧同行,校企共搭产教深度融合育人载体,共同设计面向全过程能力培养的教学内容。
In response to the existing problems of litle integration of industry and education and poor substantive results in the reha-bilitation engineering technology major,it is proposed to establish personnel cultivation model of"integration of industry and educa-tion,diversified collaborative education",including a"dual line and four stage progressive"personnel cultivation framework,a"five dimensional education of medical engineering"training mechanism,a sound professional practice system,a theoretical teaching sys-tem for effective integration of multiple resources,and an innovation and entrepreneurship system for the integration of specialized and creative competitions.In the personnel cultivation process,both supply and demand sides are involved,and schools and enterpris-es jointly build a deep integration of industry and education education carrier to jointly design teaching content for the entire process of ability cultivation.
