摘要
目的探讨普瑞巴林联合利多卡因贴膏及脉冲射频治疗顽固性带状疱疹的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取贵州医科大学附属白云医院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的顽固性带状疱疹患者76例,按不同治疗方法分为常规组与治疗组,各38例。常规组给予利多卡因贴膏联合普瑞巴林治疗,治疗组在常规组基础上给予脉冲射频治疗。比较2组治疗前后疼痛评分,睡眠情况,白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平,并比较2组不良反应发生率。结果治疗前2组疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组NRS评分、睡眠质量评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组IL-6、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组IL-6、TNF-α低于常规组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普瑞巴林联合利多卡因贴膏及脉冲射频治疗顽固性带状疱疹的临床疗效确切,可减轻患者疼痛感,改善睡眠质量,减轻炎性反应,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of pregabalin combined with lidocaine plaster and pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of refractory herpes zoster.Methods A total of 76 cases of patients with refractory herpes zoster were selected from January 2018 to January 2020 in the Affiliated Baiyun Hospital of Guizhou Medical University,which were divided into conventional group and treatment group according to different treatment methods,38 cases in each group.The conventional group was given lidocaine plaster combined with pregabalin,and the treatment group was given pulse radiofrequency therapy on the basis of the conventional group.The pain score,sleep condition,interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NRS score and sleep quality score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,NRS score and sleep quality score of the treatment group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pregabalin combined with lidocaine plaster and pulse radiofrequency in the treatment of refractory herpes zoster has definite clinical effect,which can reduce pain,improve sleep quality,reduce inflammatory reaction,and with high safety.
