摘要
目的观察刺络拔罐联合B族维生素穴位局部浸润治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效。方法将60例带状疱疹后神经痛患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例。研究组使用刺络拔罐联合维生素B6和维生素B12穴位局部浸润法,对照组使用传统穴位注射。比较2组患者治疗前后疼痛、睡眠、心理情绪状态变化。结果治疗2周后,2组患者VAS评分、PSQI评分、HAMA评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),研究组较对照组降低更显著,且临床疗效更好(P<0.05)。结论刺络拔罐辅助下B族维生素穴位局部浸润能改善带状疱疹后神经痛患者疼痛程度、睡眠状态及心理情绪状态,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of local acupoint infiltration of B vitamins assisted by pricking and cupping in the treatment of post⁃herpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 60 patients with PHN were randomly divided into study group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The study group used acupoint local infiltration method of B vitamins assisted by pricking and cupping,and the control group used traditional acupoint injection.The changes of pain,sleep,mental and emotional state before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The changes of pain,sleep and mental and emotional state before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the pain degree of patients in both groups was reduced,sleep quality was improved,and psychological and emotional state was improved(P<0.05).However,the study group improved better than the control group,and the clinical effect was better(P<0.05).Conclusion Local acupoint infiltration of B vitamins assisted by pricking and cupping can improve pain degree,sleep state and psychological and emotional state of patients with PHN,and improve clinical effect.
