摘要
目的观察综合护理干预在预防耳鼻喉科患者术后感染的效果。方法2018年3月~020年3月,选取我院耳鼻喉科手术患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合性护理,观察患者术后感染发生率、不良情绪。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后感染发生率3.33%,低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组SAS评分(44.16±1.36)分,SDS评分(43.28±1.44)分,低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在耳鼻喉科手术患者护理中应用综合护理,能降低术后感染发生率,且促进其不良情绪的改善,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of postoperative infection in otolaryngology patients.Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,120 patients undergoing otolaryngology surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given comprehensive care.The incidence of postoperative infection and bad mood of patients were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than the control group(P<0.05).SAS score(44.16±1.36)and SDS score(43.28±1.44)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing care in otolaryngology surgery patients can reduce the incidence of postoperative infection,and promote the improvement of their bad mood,which is worthy of reference.
