摘要
目的研究将品管圈活动应用于耳鼻喉科患者中的作用与效果。方法摘选2018年4月-2020年4月期间,我院接收的耳鼻喉科病例1200例,依据随机化分组,获得了对照组(n=600)、观察组(n=600),对照组施予常规性护理,而观察组施予品管圈活动,观察并比较其最终的结果。结果观察组总体满意率与对照组相比显著性更高(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分与对照组相比显著性更高(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动应用到耳鼻喉科患者中,能够获得更为理想的效果。
Objective To study the effect and effect of quality control circle(QCC)on otolaryngology patients.Methods 1200 cases of ENT patients in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=600)and observation group(n=600).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given quality control circle activities.The final results were observed and compared.Results The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activities in ENT patients can achieve better results.
