摘要
目的评价耳鼻咽喉科门诊医院感染的预防措施以及综合护理管理的应用意义。方法病例收集时间为2019年5月~2021年9月,从我院耳鼻咽喉科门诊收治的患者中统计出106例展开系统调查,按照随机双盲法为原则分组,对照组和观察组各53例,分别予以常规护理和综合预防护理管理,对比评价两组患者的护理管理质量、心理状态、生活质量和感染情况。结果观察组患者护理期间的感染发生率明显低于对照组,统计差异有意义,P<0.05;观察组患者对各方面护理管理质量评分和生活质量评分均显著比对照组高,统计结果P<0.05;护理前患者的情绪状态差异无意义,护理后观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分明显比对照组低,组间差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论针对耳鼻咽喉科门诊的护理采取综合预防护理措施不仅能降低医院感染率,还有助于提升门诊护理服务质量,引导患者保持愉悦状态积极配合治疗,值得临床推广、采纳。
Objective To evaluate the preventive measures of nosocomial infection in the outpatient department of otolaryngology department and the application significance of comprehensive nursing management.Methods The collection period of the cases was from May 2019 to September 2021.106 cases were counted from the outpatients of our hospital’s Otorhinolaryngology Department to conduct a systematic investigation.The groups were grouped according to the principle of random double-blind method.The control group and the observation group were divided into groups.53 cases were treated with routine care and comprehensive preventive care management.The quality of care management,psychological status,quality of life,and infection status of the two groups of patients were compared and evaluated.Results The incidence of infection in the observation group during the nursing period was significantly lower than that of the control group.The statistical difference was significant,P<0.05;the observation group had significantly higher scores on the quality of care management and quality of life than the control group.The statistical results were P <0.05;The difference in emotional state of patients before nursing is meaningless.After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group are significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups are statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Taking comprehensive preventive care measures for outpatient care of otolaryngology department can not only reduce the rate of nosocomial infection,but also help improve the quality of outpatient care services,guide patients to maintain a happy state and actively cooperate with treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
