摘要
目的分析西洛他唑联合依帕司他对糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清金属基质蛋白酶(MMPs)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响。方法选取本院2018年7月至2019年7月收治的75例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为参照组(n=38)与实验组(n=37)。参照组采用依帕司他治疗,实验组在参照组治疗基础上采用西洛他唑治疗。比较两组治疗前后血清MMPs、SOD水平及临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组血清MMPs、SOD水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,实验组血清MMPs水平明显低于参照组,SOD水平明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗优良率明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论西洛他唑联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者效果显著,可改善血清MMPs、SOD水平,增强治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the effects of cilostazol combined with epalrestat on serum metal matrix proteinases(MMPs)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 75 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the reference group(n=38)and experimental group(n=37)according to different treatment methods,the reference group was treated with epalrestat,and the experimental group was treated with cilostazol on the basis of the treatment of reference group.The serum MMPs,SOD levels before and after treatment,and clinical treatment effects between the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum MMPs and SOD levels between the two groups.After treatment,serum MMPs levels in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and SOD levels was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The excellent treatment rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with cilostazol and epalrestat in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve the serum MMPs and SOD levels and improve the treatment effect.
