摘要
铁西区地处沈阳市中心偏西南,是一个有着丰富历史和工业文明的老城区,其中的工人村社区更是我国第一个也是最大的工人居住区集群。以微更新视角调研沈阳铁西工人村社区空间失能、公共活动空间不足及工业文化流失等问题,以探索工人村社区微更新策略。
Tiexi District is located in the southwest of Shenyang with a rich history and industrial civilization. Its Workers’ Village was the first and largest cluster of workers’ residential areas in China. To explore the microrenewal strategy of the workers’ village community in Tiexi, this article investigates the problems of community space disability, the lack of space for public activities and the loss of industrial culture in this area from the perspective of micro-renewal.
