摘要
在当前社会转型背景下,对工人住区的保护与管理提出了新的挑战和机遇。针对工人住区存在的问题,我们需要积极推进维修、改造和管理工作,以提高住区的居住品质和整体活力。此外,对工人住区的文化传承和历史价值进行深入挖掘和研究,有助于加深对社会主义建设时期的理解和认知,同时也为未来城市发展提供借鉴和启示。因此,通过对工人住区的更新模式分析和研究,探讨其保护与发展的策略,并提出相应的政策建议,以促进城市可持续发展和历史文化遗产的传承。
Under the background of the current social transformation,the protection and management of workers’settlements have presented new challenges and opportunities.In view of the problems existing in workers’residential areas,we need to actively promote the maintenance,renovation and management work to improve the living quality and overall vitality of residential areas.In addition,the in-depth excavation and research on the cultural inheritance and historical value of workers’residential areas will help deepen the understanding and cognition of the socialist construction period,and also provide reference and inspiration for future urban development.Therefore,through the analysis and research of the renewal mode of workers’residential areas,the author discusses its protection and development strategies,and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations to promote the sustainable development of the city and the inheritance of historical and cultural heritage.
