CIP理论下中老年人甄别网络诈骗教育的路径探究——基于2014-2020年《移动支付安全调查报告》 被引量:2

On the Approaches to Network Fraud Education for the Elderly from the Perspective of CIP Theory——Based on"Mobile Payment Usage in China"from 2014 to 2020

摘要 信息化时代网络诈骗案件频发,中老年人成为网络诈骗群体中损失最重的群体,网络防骗教育已成为中老年教育的重要课题。本研究基于《移动支付安全调查报告》近七年的数据,探究中老年人甄别网络诈骗的四重困境:中老年人移动支付频率高,网络诈骗难杜绝;网络骗术更新快,中老年人难识别;网络诈骗维权程序复杂,不愿补救;防骗教育普及低且不适用中老年群体。以认知信息加工理论为视角,本文探索了中老年人甄别网络诈骗的教育路径,主要包括:获取信息来源识别域名、理解分类信息领域、两类方法辨别信息真伪、CASVE循环挖掘信息价值并采取补救措施、加工防骗口诀深化元认知甄别力。这五种路径基于中老年群体特性,比起网络信息被动防骗教育,社区更需要做好日常交流教育工作,主动培养中老年人网络诈骗信息甄别能力。 Network fraud cases occur frequently in the information era,and the elderly have been prone to be the most serious loss population,which shows Network Fraud Prevention Education has become an important issue for them.Based on the data of"Mobile Payment Usage in China"from 2014 to 2020,this essay explores four dilemmas for the elderly to identify network fraud:the difficulty in eliminating internet fraud with highly frequent mobile payment for the elderly,the difficultly to identify the rapid development of internet fraud,the complexity of internet fraud rights protection procedures,and the low popularity of fraud prevention education.From the perspective of Cognitive Information Process Theory,this study further explores several education approaches to identify network fraud for the elderly,which mainly includes:obtaining information source by its domain name,dividing information by catching its meaning,two main methods to identify information authenticity,mining information value and taking remedial measures by CASVE circle,processing anti-fraud formulas,and comprehensively improving the cognitive screening ability.These five approaches are based on the characteristics for the elderly.Our community needs to make great efforts to build daily critical screening education,which can improve their abilities to examine and distinguish network abilities,instead of just preventing it passively.
