摘要
文章基于认知信息加工理论(CIP),通过建立毕业生就业能力评价模型确定精准帮扶对象和帮扶工作的前期流程,围绕健全就业精准帮扶体系、拓展职业生涯规划机制、搭建就业帮扶闭环链条、创设私人订制就业服务四个层面,探讨解决毕业生就业难问题的精准帮扶机制建构路径,致力于更好地缓和当前我国高校毕业生就业的严峻形势,为就业困难问题的解决与宏观调控目标的实现提供参考。
Based on the theory of cognitive information processing(CIP),this paper establishes an evaluation model of graduates’ employability to determine the precise assistance objects and the early process of assistance work, and discusses the precise assistance methods to solve their employment difficulties from four aspects: improving the employment precise assistance system, expanding the career planning mechanism, building the employment assistance closed-loop chain, and creating private customized employment services. The construction path of supporting mechanism is committed to better ease the current severe employment situation of college graduates in China and provide reference for solving the employment difficulties and realizing the macro-control objectives.
