摘要
就业是最大的民生,面对突如其来的新冠疫情高职院校就业工作呈现新特点,也出现新挑战。以黎明职业大学为例开展线上调查,结果显示在疫情防控大背景下,高职院校就业指导工作有序推进,帮扶政策措施较为及时,但也存在就业供给量减少、毕业生积极性低、就业手续线上办理不足等问题。针对这些问题,提出强化线上指导、注重精准施策、扩大就业供给和推进就业手续信息化等建议,以推动新业态下高职毕业生的顺利就业和长远发展。
Employment is the biggest livelihood of the people.In face of the sudden epidemic situation,the work of higher vocational colleges employment presents new characteristics and challenges.This paper takes Liming Vocational University as an example to carry out an online survey.The results show that in the context of epidemic prevention and control,vocational colleges’employment guidance work is promoted orderly,and the policy and measures of assistance are relatively timely.However,there are also some problems,such as the decrease of employment supply,the low enthusiasm of graduates for employment,and the insufficient online emplayment procedures.This paper proposes to strengther online guidance,pay attcntion to precise policy implementation,expand employment supply and promoting the informatization of emplayment procedures in order to promote the smooth employment and long-term development of higher vocational graduates in the new industry situation.
