摘要
青光眼为全球第二大致盲性眼病,严重影响患者生活质量。由于青光眼的发病具有一定隐匿性,故需早发现、早诊断、早治疗。目前治疗青光眼的方向主要为降低眼内压,营养视神经。治疗的难点是部分患者眼压控制得当却仍出现进行性视野缺损,以及较低的眼压水平是否会影响眼血流灌注导致视神经营养障碍。中医治疗侧重改善青光眼患者临床症状、眼血流灌注及调节免疫,可为青光眼患者提供更多的治疗选择。本文通过回顾近10年来中医治疗青光眼的文献发现,在辨证论治指导下正确地选用中药、针刺、中西医结合治疗青光眼均可取得良好疗效。故将中医对青光眼的临床研究进行综述。
Glaucoma is the second most common blindness in the world, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. As the incidence of glaucoma has a certain degree of concealment, it is necessary to find, diagnose and treat the disease in its early stage. At present, the main direction of glaucoma treatment is to reduce intraocular pressure and nourish the optic nerve. The difficulty of treatment is that some cases still have progressive visual field defect regardless of properly controlled intraocular pressure, and whether the lower intraocular pressure level will affect the ocular blood flow perfusion and lead to optic nerve dystrophy. Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) treatment focuses on improving the clinical symptoms, ocular blood flow perfusion and regulating immunity of glaucoma patients, which can provide more treatment options for glaucoma patients. By reviewing the literature of TCM in the treatment of glaucoma in the past ten years, we found that under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the correct selection of TCM, acupuncture and the combination of TCM and Western Medicine can achieve good results in the treatment of glaucoma. Therefore, the clinical research progress of TCM on glaucoma in recent years was summarized as follows.
