护理职业素养的内涵与外延辨析 被引量:14

摘要 为阐明护理职业素养的内涵,采用范围综述的方法,通过系统地检索2010年1月1日~2020年12月31日在PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、万方、中国知网及权威机构官网发表的文献,汇总了权威机构和高被引文献中对护理职业素养的定义,提取护理职业素养相关的39个高频词,提出护理职业素养是一个多维、动态的复杂概念,以行为为基础的职业素养框架是当前护理教育的主流,职业品德、知识技能、患者照护、沟通合作、教育与咨询、专业发展是护理职业素养的核心要素。 In order to clarify the connotation of nursing professionalism,scoping reviews was used to identify appropriate publications published from January 1,2010 to December 31,2020.The research team had systematically searched literatures published on PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,Wanfang,CNKI and websites of authorities.The definitions of nursing professionalism in authorities and highly cited papers were summarized.And 39 high-frequency words related to nursing professionalism were extracted.It was proposed that nursing professionalism is a multi-dimensional,dynamic and complex concept.The behavior-based framework of nursing professionalism is the mainstream of current nursing education.Professional ethics,knowledge and skills,patient care,communication and cooperation,education and consultation,and professional development constitute the core elements of nursing professionalism.
