摘要
精密度是检验零部件产品品质和质量的重要标准,机床夹具能够在很大程度上提高零部件精密度,所以,夹具设计与使用在零件加工中有着极为重要的地位,工作人员合理、科学应用夹具,可以大幅度提高零部件质量与加工的精密度,减少工作人员工作压力,因此这个行业工作人员在日常工作中需要根据实际情况对机床夹具进行深入研究,并不断优化,使其作用充分发挥出来。本文就以零件加工为基础,对机床夹具设计的作用进行深入分析,其目的是为了提高我国制造行业工作质量与效率,为我国经济奠定有力基础。
