摘要
在工厂生产的过程中,主要的生产工具之一就是生产车床。在制作过程中,要严格要求生产过程的每一个程序以及所安装的数量工位,用于加工工序的车床以及制造过程中机器的运行速度、工序的夹具以及车床专用夹具的整个生产过程都有规定要求。夹具的优化设计、在加工过程中所使用的加工工艺以及设计要点必须引起重视,以更好地生产出专用夹具,保证夹具的质量,以期在使用夹具的工作中可以有效提高工作率,降低生产投入成本,从而提高机床的工作工艺水平。本文通过阐述机床夹具的分类组成说明夹具的作用,对零件的工艺加工难度进行简要分析,探讨如何解决当前夹具难度问题。
In the production process of the factory, one of the main production tools is the production of lathes. In theproduction process, for each program production and installation of the number of stations have strict requirementsfor running speed of the machine lathe machining process and the manufacturing process and the processes of the fix-ture is provided. Lathe fixture for the entire production process are required. Optimization of fixture design and pro-cessing technology used in the machining process and the key points of the design must pay attention to, so as to bet-ter produce special fixture, ensure the quality of the fixture, so that can effectively improve the work rate in the use offixture work, reduce the production cost of investment, so as to improve the working process of machine tools. In thispaper, the classification of machine tool fixture was described, the function of the fixture was explained, and the diffi-culty of machining process was analyzed briefly, and how to solve the problem of fixture difficulty was discussed.
